1. Return Eligibility
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • The tags are still attached.
  • The items are not marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g., intimate wear, swimwear, or personalized items).

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return and send them back to us using the provided instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) purchased, minus any shipping fees, if applicable.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.

6. Final Sale Items
Some items, such as sale merchandise or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate wear, swimwear, or custom-made products are non-returnable.
